Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS on booking Susanne Nicholson, Wedding Hair and Makeup Brisbane.
Please read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, on your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
* It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments are made by specified dates.
Please note that all prices are subject to change. Notice will be given of any future changes.
Customers are required to pay the full amount for the trial on the day of the trial. 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may mean you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Booking will be subject to availability – please contact Susanne Nicholson to confirm her availability. Upon the original booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, which will under no circumstances be redeemable. However, if upon availability, you reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment.
The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding party do not pay their portion. Payments for the hair and makeup services taking place on the wedding day can be paid in advance up to 14 days prior to the day.
Susanne Nicholson does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the stylist whilst they are on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.
You are asked kindly to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All wedding deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation of any wedding day booking by you must be given in writing, by post or email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.• Up to 3 months prior to the date – None• 3 Months – 2 weeks prior to the date – 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.• 2 Week’s prior to the day and under – 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.
Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that Susanne delivers the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times please note that these times will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride to advise Susanne Nicholson Hair and Makeup as soon as practicable. Susanne is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays.
Brides do not choose the time at which Susanne and any other artist working with her arrive; Susanne will notify her Brides of her arrival time the week of the wedding.
A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the bride.
Extra people wanting styling
If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not normally a problem and payment can be made with cash on the wedding day. Please give stylists notice if others want styling.
Susanne Nicholson or any artist working with her is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Susanne Nicholson Hair and Makeup if you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the stylist would be happy to use the product.
